What is a service call?
A service call is an initial appointment for your malfunctioning appliance and includes a full diagnosis along with an estimate (if required) for any extra parts and labor assosiated with the repair. If the repair can be made without additional parts or labor than it will be included in the service call.
Which appliances do you service?
All major home appliances (refridgerators, freezers, washers, dryers, combos, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves) by most every brand. If it is not listed it does not mean I can’t do it. It never hurts to call and ask.
Where is my model number?
Model numbers are generally visibly listed on a sticker or a placard of some type on the machine itself. (see pics below) Fridges are usually just inside the fresh food door/s on the inner lining wall. Clothes washers and dryers are typically located just inside/on the lid/door. Ovens are usually located on front of machine when you pull out the bottom drawer. And dishwashers are located just inside/on the door.
